Joined forces of Washington D.C. Food & Water Watch (FWW) and the Center for Food Safety are working together to file a lawsuit against a new pork inspection system. The NSIS, New Swine Inspection System lessens government inspection of animals and carasses that show signs of disease or other public health related conditions that can be passed on to humans. The new regulation also limits number of animals that are inspected by trained and experienced vetenarians.
